Landlord Testing

 Following the recent changes to government legislation in June 2020, it is now law to have a current electrical installation condition report in place on your rented property in England, from April 2021 even all current tenancies must be completed, not just new tenancies! These must be carried out every 5 years and are recommended on change of tenancy.
